Real Madrid 4-0 Malaga as Mbappé and Bellingham set the pace

Real Madrid scored four times and Malaga did not score at all in a home win built on an early attacking burst. Jude Bellingham struck in the 19th minute, Alfonso Herrero put through his own net in the 26th, Kylian Mbappé finished in the 30th and Arda Güler wrapped it up in 90+1. Trent Alexander-Arnold supplied the assist for Mbappé’s goal.

Madrid's early burst

Bellingham gave Madrid the opening goal after 19 minutes, and the match was effectively tilted after Herrero's own goal seven minutes later. Mbappé added the third before the half-hour mark, which left Malaga with a long chase they never really managed.

Mbappé's 8.9 rating reflected how much he drove the final third. Bellingham was not far behind on 8.5, and those two were the clearest reason the game never settled into anything like a contest.

Alexander-Arnold's supply and Güler's finish

Alexander-Arnold's role stood out even in a line-up that changed in several places. He created Mbappé's goal, and that delivery gave Madrid another route into the box when Malaga were already stretched.

Güler's 90+1 finish put the scoreline beyond doubt and rounded off a night when Madrid got goals from open play, a mistake and a late sub contribution. Four goals, three scorers, and a clean sheet is a sharp return for a side that had already won its previous two league matches before facing Malaga.
